This role ensures that all facilities are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with health and safety regulations, while supporting the needs of employees and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and services. Supervise facility staff and external contractors/vendors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate office space allocation, moves, and renovations. Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues. Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Monitor and manage facility security systems and protocols. Liaise with management and other departments to support operational needs. QualificationsBachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in facility management or a similar role. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with facility management software and MS Office Suite. Skills & CompetenciesProblem-solving and decision-making abilities. Budgeting and cost control. Project management. Attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies. Customer service orientation.
