Inspirit Vision is looking forIAM Engineer to Assist in sales and pre -sales process including working withPoCs, Custom demos and technical presentations. Experience with Deployment, configuration, and integration any IdentityGovernance and Administration (IGA), Privilege Identity Management & CloudAccess Governance solutions in client environment ResponsibilitiesAssist in sales and pre -sales process including working with PoCs, demos and technical presentations.Deployment, configuration, and integration of IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privilege Identity Management & Access Managment solutions in client environment.Collate functional and technical requirements related to IAM.Work with partners and customers to gather requirements and create demo, POCs with the help of delivery team.Perform day to day management and administration activities to ensure demo IdM environments are online and operating optimally using Configuration, Performance, and Capacity management best practices and standardsRegularly provide solution feedback and competitive intel from the field to management, solutions strategy, and sales teams.Ramp and coach solutions engineers on solution demonstration, RFP responses and presentations, technical overviews, POC scope management, and execution.Ready for the domestic travel and periodic International travel.DesiredQualification3 -5 years' experience working in Identity and Access Management domainMust have: Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.Expertise in any of the following IAM productsOracle Identity and Access ManagementForgeRockSailPointSaviyntPing/Okta etc.Basic knowledge on LDAP technologies, database, REST etc.Very good experience in research and analysis of API's for integrating applicationsExperience in deployment of applications in tomcat and other application serversExperience in operating systems – Windows and UnixAnalyze and solve technical issues with minimal supervisionStrong understanding of security fundamentals and technologiesPeer collaborationDomain experiance - Privilege Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Application GRC, and/or, Cloud SecurityExemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal, written, and presentations)Strong business and technical document creation skills (e.g. scope definition, proposals, architecture, and network diagrams, etc.)Technical knowledge and aptitudeExceptional listening skillsAbility to influence othersPresentation and group facilitationStrong analytical and problem -solving skillsCustomer responsivenessPositive attitude
