**Start Date**:Immediate Joiner who can start ASAP.
We are looking for a Pre Sales executive who will be coordinating pre-sales activities. You will be responsible to transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. You will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our services in a way that showcases their value and relevance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from the pre-sales phase to actual sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company services.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly
- Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring timely follow-ups
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
- Required Exp: 0-2 Years
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills
