About the Role

We're hiring a Founder's Office Associate (0-2 years of experience) to work directly with the founder and play a critical role in setting up and scaling our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll get exposure to multiple areas of growth, sales, and marketing in a fast-paced startup environment. This will also give you exposure to the US market and experience first-hand how AI impacts the new world's workforce.

What You'll Do

  • User Research & Persona Development: Identify and engage with target users online to gather insights and create detailed user personas and ICP.
  • Pipeline Setup & Management: Build and manage lead pipelines using Google Sheets and CRM tools to support outbound and inbound sales.
  • Content Pipeline Management: Set up and manage a content pipeline to ensure consistent outreach and communication.
  • Online Engagement: Proactively connect with people on platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant communities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience not a bar but prefer less than 2 years of experience.
  • Education not a bar but strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with people online and initiating conversations.
  • High agency, proactive mindset.
  • AI-first thinking and expertise with complex AI tools, e.g. Clay
