We're Hiring: Founder's Office at TID Collective

At TID Collective, we're building at the intersection of storytelling, investing, and innovation – through:

TID Podcast – conversations with impact makers across industries

TID Consulting – helping enterprises & startups innovate better

TID Ventures – backing early-stage founders shaping the future

Now, we're looking for someone to join us in the Founder's Office – a role that's as exciting as it is challenging.

This is a 0 to 1 role and which will give you an access to what it takes to build new ventures, turn ideas into projects, and how innovation ecosystems come alive

What you'll do:

Drive Innovation Charters for large enterprises – Innovation Workshops to Startup Sourcing, Evaluation and Executing PoCs

Drive strategic projects across podcasting, consulting, and investing

Be the execution muscle for big ideas (programs, partnerships, collabs)

Manage projects, programs, and multiple stakeholders like a pro

Use tools like Canva, Gamma & AI-powered platforms to make ideas pop and bring prototypes, demos or your art as the artist on the table

Research, analyse, and bring fresh insights to shape decisions

Who you are:

Young, energetic, curious, and hungry to learn

1–3 years in Corporate Innovation, Consulting, Project/Program Mgmt, or Startups

A strategic thinker + hands-on doer who loves wearing multiple hats

Someone who thrives in startup chaos & wants to grow with it
