Automobile / Heavy Fabrication Manufacturing Role & responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and Welding machines independently
  • Operation & maintenance of paint systems
  • Overhauling of pumps & gearboxes
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of jigs & fixture hydraulics
  • Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for machines to ensure maximum uptime
  • Prepare maintenance records and reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Technical Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CNC & welding machine breakdown and preventive maintenance (Independent level)
  • Hands-on expertise in pumps & gearbox overhauling
  • Knowledge of jigs & fixture hydraulics (Independent level)
  • MS Office working knowledge (Independent level)

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills in English & Tamil
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team player with adaptability and commitment to timelines
