Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production-related issues.
  • Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve smooth operations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance.
  • Analyze workflow, space requirements, and equipment layouts for efficiency.
  • Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
  • Train and guide operators, technicians, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in production or manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Good communication and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹38,877.75 per month
