We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager for our Clear Aligner business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental or orthodontic sales, with proven expertise in building relationships with clinics, hospitals, and dental chains
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of clear aligners through B2B channels, including dental clinics, DSOs, and orthodontists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand regional market presence.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close large deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Dentistry, or related field.
4–10 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in dental/medical devices).
Strong network within dental/orthodontic communities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
Preferred Companies / Background:
Candidates with prior sales experience in dental device/aligner brands will be preferred.
