Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dentist and Product Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Dentist and Product Executive will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, assisting in the selection and procurement of dental products, and supporting the company's dental product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient consultations and treatments, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of dental products. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to promote dental products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide clinical consultations, demonstrations, and support to dentists and patients regarding treatments, equipment, and dental products.

Assist in case discussions, treatment planning, and product application when required.

Ensure compliance with dental health standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices.

Marketing & Business Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote dental services, equipment, and products.

Organize and participate in dental camps, workshops, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Build and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and hospitals to expand the business network.

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to drive brand visibility.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor trends.

Employee Training & Development

Train new and existing employees on dental products, clinical protocols, and sales techniques.

Conduct workshops and refresher sessions to upskill staff in clinical knowledge and patient handling.

Ensure employees are updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, products, and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Dental expertise: Clinical skills, patient consultation, dental treatments, and procedures
  • Product management: Selection and procurement of dental products, managing inventory, and maintaining quality standards
  • Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and mobile applications related to dental products
  • Additional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related field, licensed to practice dentistry in India, and relevant experience in the dental industry is preferred
