Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market presence across Telangana and nearby regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and institutional tie-ups to expand Skilltyro's reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to sales processes and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, events, and on-ground promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular business reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA with 3–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in education, training, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling on-field and inside sales teams.
  • Target-driven, analytical, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Telangana and nearby regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
