Job Title: Solution Architect – TNI (Telecommunications Service Management)

Employment Type: Contract / Freelancer / Permanent
Start Date: Immediate / Urgent Requirement
We are urgently seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead requirement gathering and solution definition for the TNI module, part of our Telecommunications Service Management product suite. While Order Management components are well-supported internally, we need a dedicated expert to drive client engagement and ensure delivery excellence for TNI-specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client workshops to understand business needs and align expectations.
Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders and guide solution adoption.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Guide development teams through solution design, build, and deployment.
Ensure solutions are aligned with client outcomes and delivery timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in telecom or enterprise product environments.
Strong understanding of Telecommunications Service Management, especially TNI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead workshops, demo products, and bridge business-technical gaps.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery cycles.
