The onshore and offshore Resident Solutions Architect (RSA) will primarily act as the SME for Data Engineering on Databricks focused on evaluating the proper patterns to enable scalable, interoperable patterns for Pfizer's migration of existing Informatica pipelines to Databricks.

Solutions Architect (SA) will lead Databricks SQL performance testing against a hybrid Snowflake warehouse environment. This testing will incorporate Databricks best practices-including Predictive Optimization, Liquid Clustering, and Deletion Vectors-to demonstrate the benefits of using a native Databricks warehouse rather than defaulting to writing Iceberg to integrate client legacy tooling.

Other potential activities for the RSA include activation of the Databricks Lakebase preview (Databricks' Postgres OLTP Engine) and performance validation for CPMart.

Out of Scope
- Configuration and integration of non-Databricks products and systems
- Data cleansing and solving data quality issues

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
