**Job Title**: Solution Architect - Healthcare Domain
**Location**: Remote (1-2 days/month onsite at any HCL location in India)
**Shift**: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM IST
**Experience Required**: 8+ years
**Employment Type**: Contract

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant architectures for healthcare projects.
- Drive solutioning with **MIG connectors, EMR integration, and interoperability standards**.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams, ensuring smooth coordination (Material UI).
- Work within Agile delivery frameworks (Rally or similar tools).
- Define and implement data interoperability standards with **FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT**.
- Lead architectural design on **AWS Cloud** including Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native patterns.
- Establish robust **authentication frameworks and access control models**.
- Implement **asynchronous data aggregation, caching, and performance optimization strategies**.
- Guide development teams in **mono-repo and CI/CD pipeline best practices**.
- Communicate architectural decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **8+ years** of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong healthcare domain knowledge (NHS, EMR, CDS regulatory frameworks).
- Deep expertise in **FHIR R4 UK, SNOMED CT, and healthcare interoperability**.
- Hands-on experience with **AWS architecture, Secrets Manager, containerization, and cloud-native solutions**.
- Proficiency in **frontend-backend integration** (Material UI).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, secure system designs in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with **Agile project management tools** (Rally preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
