Role & responsibilities

  • In-depth Knowledge in execution and commissioning of Major Electrical Equipments Like Transformers, HT-LT panels, Diesel Generators, Bus ducts, and ELV services like CTV/ACCESS control etc.
  • Project supervision adhering to designed Quality, Specifications and Safety requirements to meet the deadline of completion.
  • Plan and schedule for Electrical/ELV services for their execution.
  • Daily monitoring of work progress at site as per the project schedule and deadlines.
  • Preparing Quantity Take-off and certification.
  • Certification of Contractors commercial invoice.
  • Co-ordination with main civil contractor & all other service contractors for interfacing & integrating of all services.
  • Maintaining records of testing and commissioning activities and handing over the same to Planning/Project Manager.
  • Responsible to review that the works/materials used are as per technical specifications and issue CAR/NCR if required.
  • Preparing and Maintaining of JMS and timely updating the same to Planning Department.
  • Ensure that all pre-requisite safety documents /check-ups are followed before starting of works like Height work permit/Hot Work Permit etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should be B. Tech / B.E Electrical 5-8 of Experience for senior engineer & 6-10 years for Deputy manager.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge in execution of Electrical works in high rise buildings and co-ordination with other MEP services.
  • Must possess good soft skills, should also be technically strong & Multi-Tasking.
