Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.).
  • Manage company's social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and consistent content.
  • Optimize content for website, landing pages, and online platforms to improve traffic and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content and sales team to align marketing strategies with company goals.

Graphic Design

  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, infographics, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
  • Design creatives for social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Develop branding material including brochures, posters, banners, and course-related visuals.
  • Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
  • Support video editing and motion graphics for promotional campaigns (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, or related field.
  • Proven work experience (1–3 years preferred) in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, SEO tools).
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends, online branding, and content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
