Job Title: Conflict Management & Problem-Solving Trainer (Behavioral Skills)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Behavioral Skills Trainer who specializes in Conflict Management, Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking to deliver engaging, outcome-driven training sessions for our employees. The ideal trainer should have strong facilitation skills, practical experience, and the ability to customize content based on audience needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs on Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Decision-Making, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.
  • Facilitate interactive sessions using case studies, role plays, group discussions, and real-life scenarios.
  • Assess training needs and customize content to suit different levels of participants.
  • Create participant guides, handouts, and post-session reinforcement materials.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and share feedback reports.
  • Manage session flow, engagement, and learning outcomes effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate behavioral or soft skills training.
  • Strong knowledge of Conflict Resolution techniques, Negotiation skills, and Problem-Solving frameworks.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and audience engagement skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver practical, actionable learning.
  • Experience conducting virtual and/or in-person workshops.
  • Certifications in L&D, Psychology, Coaching, NLP, or Behavioral Training (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with mid-level managers or leadership teams.
  • Ability to create digital learning modules or micro-learning content.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools or psychometric instruments.
