Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute timely and efficient dispatch of educational kits and materials.
  • Track and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory readiness for dispatch.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end dispatch process documents and operational SOPs.
  • Monitor vehicle movements and track shipments in real-time; update relevant stakeholders.
  • Share shipment status and delivery updates proactively with customers and internal teams.
  • Handle logistics-related issues, including delays, route changes, or breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records including invoices, delivery logs, shipment trackers, and reports.
  • Collaborate with vendors, logistics partners, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Dispatch Head with key performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in dispatch/logistics coordination is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
