Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting processes.
  • Following up with the clients for accounts receivable.
  • Supervise Accounts payable and cash reconciliation processes with team members.
  • Review accounting ledger entries.
  • Weekly reconciliations on specific accounts.
  • Organize monthly GST and other statutory returns.
  • Maintain the fixed assets register.
  • Manage the buy-out and sale of stores process.
  • Oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts and dispatch.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
