Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Manikonda Site

Reports to: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, financial record keeping, and reporting for the real estate projects. The role involves managing client payments, vendor bills, statutory compliance, and supporting project-wise financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts (Receipts, Payments, Journals, Ledgers, Bank reconciliation).
  • Record and track customer advances, booking amounts, and installment payments.
  • Prepare and issue receipts, invoices, and maintain customer-wise outstanding statements.
  • Monitor vendor bills, contractor payments, and ensure timely disbursements.
  • Assist in project cost tracking and budget vs. actual analysis.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and cash flow statements.
  • Liaise with sales and project teams for financial updates and client account status.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
  • 24 years of experience in accounting (real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP or other accounting software.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, RERA compliance, and project accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
