Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive / Assistant with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Tally and GST. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of core accounting principles and be capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Handle bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and petty cash
  • Assist in monthly closing and finalization of accounts
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documents
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Generate periodic financial reports as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Tally and GST compliance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and journal entries
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
