Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Hyderabad. The Accounts Executive will handle daily marketplace accounting and reconcilation, Order, Returns & Payment Management, prepare invoincing and financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Other responsibilities include invoicing, accounts receivable and payable management, and supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports. They will also collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations within the company.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation
  • Knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation processes
  • Competency in financial software and tools, such as Tally or similar accounting systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the retail or textile industry is an advantage
