Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Mumbai. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, preparing submittals and ensuring adherence to project schedules. They will also manage project documentation, oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and ensure projects meet the timelines & deliverables schedule. The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors and other team members to deliver high-quality design solutions. Required to join on an immediate basis.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect is a plus.
  • Professional work experience of 2 years.
  • Proficiency in Submittals and Architecture.
  • Knowledge and application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) & RevIT Architecture.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
