Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar for a Travel Agent at Vihaan Overseas Pvt. Ltd. The Travel Agent will assist clients in arranging travel itineraries, including flight bookings and car rentals, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities will also include sales activities, managing reservations, coordinating travel and accommodation needs, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
  • Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Experience with Car Rental and related coordination services
  • A background in Sales with the ability to promote and offer travel-related services
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in relevant travel booking software and tools
  • Knowledge or experience in foreign education service sectors will be an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
