Key Responsibilities

  • The role involves managing leads on Zoho CRM and mainly includes calling them regularly to identify requirements. It may involve the following but is not limited to:
  • Generating leads
  • Enriching them by browsing the internet/ calling & field visit (Field visit is mandatory for twice a week)
  • Coordinating with the sales team and customers
  • Making reports for weekly meetings
