- Job Title:IBM Integration Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Location:Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai (in the preference order) Job Type:Full-time Job Summary:The IBM Integration Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for managing the delivery of integration solutions that leverage IBM's suite of integration products, such as IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, IBM IIB / ACE and others. The SDM will act as the primary point of contact between the client and delivery teams, ensuring that integration services are delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:1.Service Delivery Management:oOversee the end-to-end delivery of IBM integration solutions. oEnsure that all integration services are delivered in line with client requirements and SLAs. oManage the overall quality of service delivery and ensure continuous improvement. oCoordinate with various teams (development, support, operations) to ensure smooth delivery. 2.Client Relationship Management:oAct as the primary point of contact for the client regarding integration services. oDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of the client's business and technology needs. oRegularly communicate with clients on progress, risks, and issues. 3.Team Leadership:oLead a team of integration specialists, architects, and developers. oProvide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. oManage team performance and ensure alignment with project goals. 4.Reporting and Documentation:oPrepare regular reports on service delivery performance, including SLA compliance, financial performance, and client satisfaction. oMaintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, processes, and deliverables. 5.Continuous Improvement:oIdentify areas for improvement in the delivery process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. oStay up-to-date with the latest IBM integration technologies and methodologies, ensuring the teams skills remain current. Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Experience:o8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. oProven experience with IBM integration tools and technologies (IBM App Connect, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, etc.). oStrong project management skills, with experience managing large-scale integration projects. Skills:oExcellent client relationship management skills. oStrong leadership and team management abilities. oExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Certifications:IBM Certified Solution Developer/Architect. ITIL Foundation Certification. Working Conditions:The role may require person to be available in UK Shifts.
