Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative
Brand Manager
to lead the development, management, and positioning of our brand across all channels. This role is critical in shaping our
brand identity, reputation, and market positioning
while ensuring alignment with overall
business strategy and marketing efforts
.

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, loyalty, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Define and implement a long-term brand vision and positioning
  • Develop brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online & offline)
  • Marketing & Campaign Alignment:
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy
  • Oversee the planning and execution of brand and product marketing campaigns
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Reputation & Communication:
  • Monitor public perception and manage brand reputation across digital and traditional media
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation recovery when needed
  • Build PR and influencer strategies to support brand objectives
  • Creative Oversight:
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop impactful brand assets
  • Ensure that visuals, packaging, and communications reflect the brand's essence and guidelines
  • Market Research & Insights:
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor landscape, and industry trends
  • Translate insights into actionable brand initiatives and improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects
