About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Develop engaging content for website, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors to execute marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital tools and marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or Hootsuite.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
