Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports.

- 5+ years of sales experience in Fintech or related industries such as Banking and Payments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Fintech regulations and compliance.
- Experience working in MS Excel, including basic formulas and analysis.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,400, ₹1,600,000.00 per year
