A Business Development Franchise Sales job involves driving company growth by finding, engaging, and closing deals with new franchise partners, covering the whole sales cycle from lead generation (digital, events) to onboarding, requiring strong sales/negotiation skills, market knowledge, relationship building, and CRM use to meet targets and ensure partner success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify potential franchisees via research, events, referrals; manage leads in CRM.
- Sales & Presentations: Present the franchise model, conduct discovery calls, provide detailed info, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and existing partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to refine strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing for campaigns and operations for smooth onboarding.
- Reporting: Track sales progress and report metrics to management.
- Brand Representation: Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven background in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Sales Skills: Negotiation, presentation, lead generation, pipeline management.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building.
- Knowledge: Understanding of franchise models, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing preferred).
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
