Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Salesperson - Asset Leasing. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with potential and existing clients, understanding their leasing requirements, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Asset Leasing and Drilling Solutions
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Knowledge of the Oil & Gas, Energy, Power, Medical, IT, or Infrastructure sectors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus
