Advantage is a leading Marketing and Advertising firm specializing in Targeted Advertising. We are a fast-growing digital marketing and branding company based in Trivandrum and Chennai, with a team of 35+ professionals delivering services in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Creative Branding. We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven marketing professional to acquire new clients and expand our presence in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new apartment complexes for elevator advertising opportunities. Client pitching and converting leads for apartment branding spaces will be the primary responsibility.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Web Development, Branding).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through networking, meetings, calls, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Creative, Web) to design proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline in CRM/trackers.
  • Represent the company in events, networking forums, and industry groups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales/marketing/business development, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, IT, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, Websites).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead generation platforms is an advantage.
  • We are looking for candidates with mandatory Tamil language proficiency.
