About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative with strong experience in outbound calling and B2B sales. The role involves engaging with retail stores, restaurants, and hospitality businesses in the United States and selling commercial lighting and interior building products.
This is a pure sales role, not customer service. We are seeking consistent performers who have worked with structured KPIs and delivered results in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to US retail, hospitality, and commercial clients.
- Generate leads, conduct discovery calls, and drive sales conversions.
- Prospect new accounts through purchased lists, CRM data, ZoomInfo, and past customer lists.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly KPIs:
Number of calls
- Number of touches
- Appointments booked
Sales quota
Present, promote, and sell products by understanding client needs.
- Handle objections effectively and close deals confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Contribute to revenue growth with continuous pipeline development.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 - 5 years of Sales / Outbound Telemarketing experience (US process preferred).
- Must have experience handling 100+ outbound calls per day.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Prior experience selling B2B products/services is mandatory.
- Knowledge of sales techniques like prospecting, objection handling, and closing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
