Singh Textiles is a full-service textile sourcing agency with reliable production expertise backed by years of experience. We cater to garment manufacturers, exporters, and brands for both domestic and international markets. We specialize in sourcing cotton, viscose, linen, polyester, and other man-made fiber materials from textile manufacturers in different parts of India.

We are expanding our business with consulting, tech and other services and this role with cater to both existing and new businesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Singh Textiles in Gurgaon (for all existing and new businesses).
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.

They will be responsible for
new business development, lead generation, business communication,
understanding their requirements, resolving issues, maintaining records,
systems and processes that help meet customer standards and expectations effectively and efficiently,
and account management to expand the company's client base and partnerships.

Job Overview:

As the
Business Development Executive

ou should have strong customer care and client and vendor relations skills and experience. Basic understanding and knowledge of textiles/fabrics is a plus.

You will build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.

You will be responsible for
new business development, lead generation, business communication,
and account management to expand the company's client base and partnerships.

You will maintain records, systems and processes that help meet customer standards and expectations effectively and efficiently. You must understand client requirements and help resolve issues.

You will track metrics to ensure effective recording, reporting and execution of plans.

You will maintain all records and T&As (Time and Action Plans) of orders whilst effective follow ups and communication with business heads and sometimes suppliers and buyers.

You should be active in building and maintaining the product and service libraries and portfolios.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in customer and vendor relations, basic understanding and knowledge of textiles/fabrics is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Certificate / Diploma in Computers - strong and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills

Should have strong analytical, negotiation, research, contracting, follow up and business communication and account management skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical with focus on execution, problem- solving, and improving processes.

Continuous learner and highly curious; always open to considering new perspectives; proactive when changing course and facing added challenges.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Ability to understand and fulfill customer and vendor requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
