About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional based in Dubai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Cloud and SaaS product sales, with a good understanding of IT consulting and enterprise solutions. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC region.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to design and propose tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and position Cloud, SaaS, and IT consulting services effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Cloud, SaaS, or IT consulting services.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and SaaS-based offerings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Experience working with multinational clients or channel partners is an added advantage.
