Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles, demonstrating proficiency in all related tasks.
- Proficient in managing accounts payable and receivable, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness (Mandatory skill).
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for efficient document preparation and management.
- Experience with QuickBooks and SAP ERP for accounting purposes, aiding in accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail and high degree of accuracy for maintaining office and account records.
- Familiarity with payroll management systems to support timely and accurate employee compensation processes.
- Experience using Google Workspace for seamless communication and file management across teams and departments.
- Understanding of CRM software for maintaining effective customer relationships and database management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide front office support, handling communications and inquiries, and directing them to appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting systems like QuickBooks and SAP ERP, and generate financial reports.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy of all entered information and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in payroll management processes, ensuring that employee payroll is handled accurately and efficiently.
- Support office management activities, including ordering supplies, and coordinating maintenance of office equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication across departments.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with company protocols and uphold high professional standards.
