Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Founder's Office Intern based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in various tasks, including project management, market research, strategy development, and operational assistance as directed by the founder. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, documentation, and contributing to the company's strategic initiatives. The role offers exposure to multiple domains within the organization, providing a unique learning opportunity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

  • Prepare, enter, and maintain invoices in the company's financial system.
  • Perform data entry tasks: updating spreadsheets, managing records, and tracking business metrics.
  • Print, organize, and maintain business documents (reports, presentations, contracts).
  • Support occasional parcel packing and dispatching.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks — scheduling, email follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Help with ad-hoc projects requiring operational support or founder-level attention.

Qualifications

  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and documentation abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with the electronics and technology industry is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
