
HR Manager

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, calling, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Explain and implement company policies to ensure compliance and clarity.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, issues, and conflict resolution.
- Identify new recruitment opportunities and build strategies to attract top talent.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Collaborate with other HRs to design and execute engagement initiatives that enhance work culture and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain HR records and ensure smooth documentation.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and retention strategies.
Skill Set Required:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a KPO/BPO/Accounting/Outsourcing industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and event planning preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and integrity.
Location and Timings:
- The opportunity is WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY.
- Job Location - Gota, Ahmedabad.
- 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 Day Working (First Saturday working, rest of the weekends are free)
