Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Handle new employee documentation, induction, and orientation sessions.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
Exit Formalities
- Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
- Prepare full & final settlements and feedback reports.
Training & Development
- Provide basic HR training to staff.
- Coordinate and arrange inter-departmental training programs.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training needs.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
Performance Management
- Prepare and maintain KRAs (Key Result Areas) for all current staff.
- Review and evaluate employee performance periodically.
- Share feedback with department heads and employees for improvement.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain employee records and HR dashboards.
- Prepare HR presentations for management reviews.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices & policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle recruitment independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Work Mode
- Part-Time: Flexible hours as per company requirement
- Reporting To: Operations Manager / Director.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
