The Role: Sales Team Lead

As the
Sales Team Lead
, you will:

  • Speak with high-performing men, understand their challenges, and recommend suitable IML programs.
  • Lead by example while guiding appointment setters and sales executives to close
    high-ticket sales
    .
  • Own and drive sales targets while building strong, trust-based customer relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years
    of experience in Sales/Business Development/Client-facing roles with a proven track record of meeting & exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree
    from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in an
    early-stage startup
    is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ownership mindset, and ability to hold engaging conversations.
  • Proven ability to
    deliver results
    consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs via calls, messages, and (sometimes) meetings.
  • Drive and close high-ticket sales with the support of appointment setters.
  • Prepare for prospect calls by researching leads and their background.
  • Identify buying trends and share insights with management.
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain CRM data for leads & prospects.
  • Represent
    IML as a brand ambassador
    in official & unofficial events.
