Senior Software Engineer, Technical Infrastructure, Ads

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and separately develop and deliver large Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and mentoring team members.
• Manage the execution of projects and establish governance within programs that have established processes and are critical to Conversion Infrastructure.
• Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, UX, Product, Operations, Legal, Sales) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, risks and priorities.
• Work directly with engineers, product managers, and other program managers, preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks and being able to effectively act on those.
• Build collaboration and partnership with external teams critical for the achievement of the annual OKRs and delivering the product roadmap.
