Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure, Ads

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, design, and optimizing infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with experience in people management, supervision/team leadership roles.
• 5 years of experience building and deploying systems models in production and experience building architecture in different modeling domains.

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience working in a complex organization.

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

• Set the technical and organizational goal, identifying and solving ambiguous, large-scale problems.
• Be accountable for a critical domain, guaranteeing quality, reliability, and high-quality solutions across the organization.
• Align agendas and establish consensus with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners with engaging priorities. Exercise excellent judgment and decision-making with minimal oversight from executive management.
• Solve complex team issues (e.g., cultural, staffing, process) and invest in the growth and scaling of resilient teams.
• Serve as the key expert or accountable person for a critical system or significant component of a system.
