- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.

In this role, you will drive, build and support product evolution, new regulatory compliance, resource efficiencies and cross-team collaborations. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and grow the expertise in Google technologies while being at the forefront of key Ads systems.Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and deliver Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and mentor team members.
- Manage the execution of projects and establish governance within programs that have established processes and are important to Conversion Infrastructure.
- Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, User Experience (UX), Product, Operations, Legal, Business) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, risks and priorities.
- Work with engineers, product managers, and other program managers with preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks.
- Build partnership with external teams for the achievement of the annual OKRs and deliver the product roadmap.
