Google's software engineers develop the next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. Our products need to handle information at massive scale, and extend well beyond web search. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google's needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. In this role, you will drive, build and support product evolution, new regulatory compliance, resource efficiencies and cross team collaborations. You will have ample opportunity to mentor junior engineers and grow your expertise in Google technologies while being at the forefront of key Ads systems.

Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.Responsibilities:
- Lead and separately develop and deliver large Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and mentoring team members.
- Manage the execution of projects and establish governance within programs that have established processes and are critical to Conversion Infrastructure.
- Communicate with all levels of cross-functional teams (including Engineering, UX, Product, Operations, Legal, Sales) and executive leadership regarding execution updates, resource requirements, issues, risks and priorities.
- Work directly with engineers, product managers, and other program managers, preparing project plans, identifying and managing cross-project dependencies, ambiguities and risks and being able to effectively act on those.
- Build collaboration and partnership with external teams critical for the achievement of the annual OKRs and delivering the product roadmap.
