Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition BPO Bulk Hiring Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for large-scale hiring initiatives within the [24]7.ai BPO sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in high-volume recruitment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the organizations talent needs in the BPO sector.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in attracting top talent.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and operational demands.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hiring, including sourcing, screening, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Utilize Springboard and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team on best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
  • Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and operations.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
  • Partner with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract top talent.
  • Attend industry events and job fairs to represent the company and network with potential candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree any specialization.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Bulk hiring talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume/BPO recruitment.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in managing and leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the BPO industry.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Working Conditions:
