Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in configuring, customizing, and deploying CRM solutions to meet business needs. This individual will play a key role in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, improving business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities: CRM Implementation Customization: oLead the design, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet the specific needs of the business. oCustomize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows in Dynamics 365 to support business processes. oIntegrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications, including ERP systems, marketing automation, and third-party tools. Technical Support Troubleshooting: oProvide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. oResolve issues related to performance, functionality, and integration within the CRM system. oConduct regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security. System Configuration Process Optimization: oWork with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. oConfigure business rules, workflows, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience. oIdentify opportunities for process improvements using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features. Data Management Reporting: oOversee data migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring data integrity and consistency. oCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Power BI or built-in CRM reporting tools. oMonitor CRM data quality and implement best practices for data governance. User Training Documentation: oProvide training to end users on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and best practices. oDevelop and maintain user manuals, training materials, and system documentation. Project Management Collaboration: oParticipate in project teams for CRM implementation, upgrades, and enhancements. oCollaborate with cross-functional to align CRM capabilities with business goals. oManage the lifecycle of CRM-related projects, from planning through execution and post-implementation support. Continuous Improvement Updates: oStay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features, tools, and updates. oProactively suggest and implement improvements to the CRM system to keep it aligned with evolving business needs.

Skills Qualifications: Technical Skills: oProficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform (online/on-premises). oExperience with customization, configuration, and development in Dynamics 365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). oExpertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards. oKnowledge of data integration and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods. oExperience with D365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Business Skills: oExperience with data management, including data import/export, data validation, and maintaining data integrity. Communication Collaboration: oStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. oAbility to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively. Certifications: oMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or any other related certifications are highly preferred. Experience: oMinimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or a similar CRM platform. oExperience in a similar role (e.g., CRM Consultant, CRM Administrator, Dynamics 365 Developer).
