Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential students and parents to introduce Frescon Academy and our coaching programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Assist in answering inquiries and addressing any concerns from prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of potential enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for education.
