**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our services.
- Engage clients by providing information and answering their queries.
- Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments as required.
- Maintain and update the database of calls and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion efforts.
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Must have completed HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; Versant Level 5 or above preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in lead generation.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
