Corporate Sales Executive

A Corporate Sales Executive responsible for conducting events, calling prospects, arranging events, and presenting ongoing and upcoming projects to investors should have roles encompassing sales, client relationship management, event planning, and communication. The candidate must be confident, presentable, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage investors and prospects.
Core Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and call prospective clients and investors to generate leads for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Be a part of corporate events, presentations, and investor meetings, ensuring seamless execution and a professional environment.
- Present detailed information about projects, highlighting benefits, investment opportunities, and project timelines to investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors to facilitate repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate event logistics, promotional activities, and follow-up communications.
Required Skills and Personal Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey project details and investment benefits.
- Confidence and professionalism in interacting with clients and conducting presentations.
- Presentable appearance suitable for corporate and investor-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple outreach calls, event arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities to handle investor queries and close sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
