Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee the Human Resource functions in our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations, with strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Conduct smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Design and implement training & development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
  • Handle HR operations including payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare HR policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving grievances and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience (healthcare sector experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
