The HR Executive will play a crucial role in the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. This role involves managing various HR tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the office and assisting the management team in executing human resource strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations, address employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment.

2. Strategy Execution:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
